Terms and conditions
The items we sell at NHNCD; are mostly vintage. This means it is always possible there are minor fabric damages, even though we carefully hand-pick our items and always aim for the best quality possible. We carefully check our items once more when we ship out a parcel.
We do not accept returns of products which are show new sings of damage or are worn after purchase. Also the original NHNCD hangtags and labels must be attached when returning. If you have questions about your return, please don't hesitate to e-mail us at: email@example.com.
Returns are possible within 14 days after you have received your order.
The costs of return are at your expense.
Due to hygienic reasons regarding Covid-19 it is not possible to return our (non-medical) masks when sealed packaging has been opened/damaged.
As soon as we received your return parcel we will assess it. When the return is compliant with our requirements as mentioned above we will approve the return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation about this. We will credit the purchase amount to your account within 10 working days. Refunds are automatically made to the account that was used for the original payment. We always aim to process your refund as soon as possible.
In case the complete order is returned, the original shipment costs will also be refunded. The return costs will remain at the expense of the original buyer.
